The only available parking spots are the two in front of the garage and two on the other side of Rose Point Lane.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in at 3:30 PM. Self check-in with keyless entry. The system keypad is on the garage side door; a physical key for the front door will be waiting on the kitchen counter.
• Check-out is at 10:30 AM.

Before you leave

• 01Lock all windows and doors.
• 02Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
• 03Strip bed linens and leave them on the bedroom floor.
• 04Clean and load all used dishes into the dishwasher.
• 05Turn off all the lights.
• 06Check drawers for personal items.
• 07Leave the front door physical key on the kitchen counter top.
• 08Log out of your accounts on the TV.
• 09If you enjoyed your stay, please sign the guest book.

House rules

• — No parties allowed. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
• — Pets are not permitted.
• — Absolutely no smoking permitted in the rental.
• — Bring trash cans to the edge of the driveway for pickup on Monday night.
• — Do not use any other dock or the floating platform close to the dock. Our dock is the one on the right — it's 40 feet long and can easily hold a motorboat or pontoon.
• — Don't touch the alarm.

Supplies you'll find here

• Campfire — firewood, roasting sticks, and six red Adirondack chairs in the garage. Put them back when finished.
• Freshly laundered linens in the linen closet outside the hallway bathroom.
• Traditional coffee maker with several ground coffees under the bar, plus a Keurig with assorted k-cups.
• Hair dryers in each of the master baths.
• Extra paper products, toiletries, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and laundered towels in the mud-room closet.
• Laundry room: detergent, vacuum, fabric softener, dustpan, cleaning products.
• Three thermostats — family room controls the right side, the wall between den and kitchen controls the left side, and the master bedroom thermostat controls only the master.
